Brief Description: Taper Filed the Inbd and Outbd Skins Lap Joint

Taper Filed the Inbd and Outbd Skins Lap Joint on their leading edge so they lay flat to the Outboard Leading Edge's aft line. Removed the blue liner from the insides of the lower skins. Primered the filed edges after using a ScotchBrite Wheel on the areas to remove/reduce scratches made during filing.
