Brief Description: Finished Left Wing Landing Light Lens Installation

Finished Left Wing Landing Light Lens Installation. Matched drilled lens to the opening #30 holes. Upsized the lens holes to #27 using a step-drill for #6 screws. Countersunk the lens holes to fit the #6 skin dimples. Deburred these holes to prevent future cracks. Sanded and rounded the edges of the trimmed lens using 300 grit sand paper and a plexiglass edge deburring tool. Affixed the mounting brackets to the inside of the lens using mounting foam strips. Attached the lense to the leading edge opening using AN507C632R6 Stainless steel screws.
