Brief Description: Started Flaps Construction

Started Flaps Construction. Built parts for Flap cradles and assembled them. Assembled the the Flap Hinges parts using clecoes. Deburred the parts except the outer edges of the Hinge Brackets. Those I will do later whrn instructed. Deburred the Flap Ribs.
