Brief Description: Drilled the Canopy Frame with a #40 Bit
Drilled the Canopy Frame with a #40 Bit for the clecos that will hold the skirts in position during the future fitting and modification of the skirts as I get them to fit properly. Made a drilling template for the vertical tubes of the canopy frame. A scrap of aluminum sheet was used with a hole finder/duplicator that I fabricated to replicte the positions of the previosly drilled holes in the vertical tubes. I was able to use one sheet for all of the vertical tubes by merely drilling the holes of each vertical tube and then connecting the holes with a line and labeling the interconnected holes as R1, R2, R3 and L1, L2 and L3 for each verticalo tube on each side. At least two holes of the bottom horizontal tube was used to fix the template before drill each of the vertical hole location. In the end, this template worked very well for drilling the matching holes through the skirts.
