Converted/sealed aileron spars & A-408. Riveted the A-408s to the spars. Attached a K1000-3 platenut to the inboard section of the aileron spars. Match hole drilling the nose ribs, clecoed the A-705 main ribs to the spars and match hole drilling the ribs. Clecoed the leading edge and trailing edge skins in place and matched hole drilled. With the counterweight pipe installed with the leading edge and trailing edge skins, the pipe was drilled with a #30 drill using the skin holes as a guide. The spar attachment holes of the lower skins were also opened to a #30 sized hole. A 6" long #30 drill was used to reach and drill the posterior pipe counterweight attachment hole located on the tab of the nose ribs. The drill was inserted through on of the nose rib spar attachment holes.
