Fit Oil Door to Cowling. Filed edges to fit. Needed to use some spacers between the door and the hinge to obtain a lifting clearance of the top edge of the door from the adjacent cowling. Because of the complex curve of the cowling, the door will need a complex curvature. This proving to be difficult. Like one change and it affects the rest of the door's curvature. I think I will fit the door to the best fit then use AwlFair and microballons to fill, level and blend the door to the cowling.
