Took a family trip this past weekend to New Orleans... Teresa wanted to get out of town for a few days before the work stresses picked up for both of us. We picked Holden up in Shreveport on Friday and kept going down to New Orleans, stayed in the French Quarter, did the Bourbon Street thing, a swamp tour, ate some great food and went to the Cathedral-Basilica of St. Louis King of France. It is the oldest Catholic cathedral in continual use in the United States. It was awe-inspiring!!
Next time we will go to the WWII museum...couldn't make it this time around.
