I started v2.1 of the stainless steel cooling ramp (v1.0 was the original Van's aluminum, v2.0 was the first stainless steel cooling ramp, and now this one). Started off by measuring out another slab off of the original sheet of stainless. If this one doesn't work out, I will have to order more stainless...
I did some measuring, marking and some initial cutting, and the drilling the transition cut that will be the deburred curve to relieve stress in the bend to curve transition. This is an improvement in v2.0 since there ended being a small crack when I tried to rebend the curve.
