Brief Description:  Floors - drilling, deburring and dimpling + prime

A lot of drilling, deburring and dimpling of the floor skins and stiffeners.

I also drilled a second hinge for the front seat. The second hinge is 1.5" inches aft and allows me to have an adjustment regarding the seat back angle. I have the tall pilot option which moves the seatback support crossbar back about 1.5 inches. When I install the seatback in the standard hinge position, there is just a small amount of seat rail contacting the support. There isn't a problem as these parts are very "beefy" - but I like the idea of having an extra 1.5 inch of legroom if/when I need it. If, in the end, I have enough legroom without it, I can just use the standard hinge location. A win-win.

I spent the rest of time prepping all the previous parts of the front seatback and rear seatback for primer. I decided to scuff the parts as I am out of the ecko-etch and will clean up the parts tomorrow with MEK before priming.
