I started off deburring, edging, smoothing, cleaning, drying and then priming the pitch servo brackets. They will dry completely overnight and be ready for rivets tomorrow. I also shot some primer on the bulkhead and baggage ribs that received some additional trimming.
I asked Van's support (via email) about using pulled rivets on the side of the bellcrank rib and they replied that it would be acceptable to use the MSP-42 pull rivets, so that what I will be using...thanks Sterling.
With the primer parts drying, I moved on to bolting the F-857B-R-1 Seat Belt Bracket to the F-857C-R-1 Seat Belt Bracket, and F-889-R-1 Lower Longeron. Those got torqued and painted and I decided to paint the bolt as it would be easier to inspect on the top. I did some other stuff too - but that is on the next page as I am out of picture room....and I know you people like the pictures.
