Brief Description: Adding Tailcone to Fwd Fuse - finishing
I clecoed the longeron gussets back into postion on the left and right sides (F-848, F-845, F-846) and then began to clamp the Upper Longerons to both webs of the WD-802 engine mount bracket. This took a little doing as the engine mount and longeron are on a slant and so I cut some angles in the wood that I used to compress the longeron/mount. The plans wants you to use 2 clamps to make sure you get the longeron flush to both webs of the mount. I used a mirror and it looks like I am lined up really well. But I will probably still drill one hole and take a look just to be sure. Once the left and the right side were done, I went ahead and clamped the rest of the upper longerons all the way back to the aft end of the fuselage.
