Brief Description: 0 Aft Fuselage Assembly - edging, plus a fix

I deburred and edged the: * F-819-1 Aft Deck, and F-81OD-1 Spacer & F-811D-1 Spacer/Control Stop * F-888-L-1 & -R-1 Mid Longerons. * F-889-L-1 & -R-1 Lower Longerons * F-857C-L-1 & -R-1 Seat Belt Brackets Then when clecoed together the seat belt assembly - I noticed that I had riveted the seat belt brackets in facing the wrong way... so I had to drill out and re-rivet those. After I fixed the orientation I drilled the 3/16" holes to #12 between the seat belt bracket, seat belt bracket assembly, and lower longeron.
