Tonight I did much of the same bulkhead work as yesterday on the three larger/forward bulkheads – cleco them together, final drill, disassemble, deburr, edge, and set aside for priming. I also clecoed the harness fairleads to the F-807B Bulkhead, drill it, and countersunk the fairlead and dimpled the bulkhead to accept the flush rivet. The harness fairlead is what Teresa’s shoulder seatbelt will be routed thru into the cockpit and is added structural strength.
I have accumulated a wealth of parts that need priming so I guess it is time to jump into that process again.
