Brief Description:  Forward Fuse - gussets and deburring

Back in the shop to work on the forward fuselage – I separated the two F-848-1 Upper Longeron Gussets, and using the same bending process as before, bent the gussets with the curve to match the center section bulkhead flanges. I made a left and a right gusset – with the proper bend in each. The gussets also get radiused on the aft outboard side because they sit so close on the bulkhead flange and the flange has a curve to it. The radius-ing Is handled by the scotchbrite wheel while the deburring is being done.

Pretty much the same process on the other longeron gussets, F-8456-1 (4 of them) – no bending, but radiuses done and then the regular edge deburring process on all previous parts is needed. I got most of them done, but have a few more to do tomorrow.
