I have a correct wooden spacer coming from Bob in Virginia next week - so instead of using the bots and washers - I will use wooden center section spacer that came with his quick build fuselage. Therefore - I will pause on the center section and skip ahead to the Seat Rib subassembly.
I started off by pulling all the parts from inventory and clecoing them together to make sure I have all the parts and to get the "big picture".
After getting the big picture - the next step was to work on the rear spar attach section of the seat ribs by clecoing together the parts and making the F-806E spacers out of the bar stock. I then drilled the holes thru the spar attach bars to #12.
