Brief Description: firewall aluminum - final c/s & deburring
The instructions tell you what to do and when to do it - the plans tell you how to do it. Beginning with the fuselage, there are a lot of instances where you do / do not do specific steps if you are building an RV-8A (nose gear) or like mine - the RV-8 (taildragger). I was reviewing the plans to make sure that I had the countersinking and dimpling done as per plans for the RV-8. Like others suggest - I highlight the plans as I do the specific steps required.
So in going thru the plans again, there were a few more holes that needed countersinking. After doing those - I deburred the drilled holes and am to the point where I need to prime the aluminum parts next.
