Tonight I smoothed the edges of the upper horizontal stiffener (F-801C-1) which was the last piece on drawing #60 to be edged. I also spent about an hour smoothing the razor sharp flanges on the stainless steel firewall. I used the small scotchbrite wheel in the drill to work the 3 sides of each flange so that the edges are now smooth to the touch. The firewall comes off the press with very sharp edges that can do a lot of damage to my skin when I am working on installing fuel lines, etc. in the future - so it has to be smooth.
