I got the pushrods drilled tonight - 4 pushrods, 40 holes, making progress. To start with, you have find the proper spacing for the 6 rivets that are installed in the ends of the large pushrod. To do that I used a piece of paper wrapped around the circumfrence of the pushrod, to get the total distance, then divided that by 6 to get the rivet spacing. I made 7 marks on the paper template and then wrapped the paper around the pushrod to mark the drill points. I also marked the distance away from the end for proper spacing on the hardware.
The smaller pushrods are easier since there are only four holes, which is really two holes drilled all the way thru, at 90 degrees to each other.
