Tonight I did everything to the left aileron that I did to the right, yesterday...match drilled the skins/spar/ribs, drilled the counterbalance bar. Then I countersunk both counterbalance pipes with the #30 countersink bit, deblued the rest of the skins/ribs. I finished off by deburring the holes in the right aileron skeleton. Tomorrow I have a lot of deburring and edge work to clean these ailerons up.
