Brief Description:  test Right and Left tank

I was able to test the right tank - kinda (yep, still). I could still hear and see bubbles out of the balloon fitting - but aside from that - I couldn't find any leaks/bubbles. So that was good - but like I said before - not finding something doesn't prove it doesn't exist.

So I re-configured the test equipment on to the left tank to test it. I will tell you up front that I am weary of the interior rib/baffle intersection on the left tank because I am not comfortable that I got enough sealant on that section (but I hadn't realized that until it was too late to correct easily). OK, so on to the test, the RTV didn't hold like I wanted, so I changed to a wrap of the stretchy electric tape, then the ballon, then another stretchy tape - and that seems to hold the best so far. Finally.

So, into the tub the left tank went, and I proceeded to splash soapy water on each section of rivets...and then I saw it... the bubbles...In a way, I was relieved to see the bubbles, almost, "oh, so that's what it looks like". Ok, so, I marked the culprit and moved on - I really tested the area of concern and didn't find anything there. I checked the rest of the tank and it was "clean". So, at this point, since the the leaking rivet is on the back side, I can drill it out and replace it with another shot of proseal and another rivet... then re-test it. So that's the plan.
