Brief Description:  Right and left tank are SEALED!

This should be a good opportunity for a fairly long day in the shop (edit : 8.2 total hours today!) as the "Girls" went to Shreveport to see the kid so I decided to get some big time building in. The shop temperature is cool and there is much to do...so let's get after it!

I started by fixing the one rivet that I wasn't happy with on the left tank. There ended up being two rivets that got replaced, but all is good now. I encapsulated the new rivets in proseal, and then moved on to sealing the T-708 access plate and the IE-F-385 sender unit on both tanks! That means the right tank is done baby!

I encapsulated the left tank rivets and z brackets so now this tank is sealed!! I will wait a good week before testing for leaks. Glad to have the tanks behind me - just hope they are leak - free. Based on research, building the tanks for the first time usually results in a few leaks - but I am still hopeful. I am feeling like I might have a problem on the left tank - outside rib - not sure I got a good bead on that end...we will see.

I split an order of stainless steel torx head screws with my buddy "Skyking" so I used those on the access panels and the sender units in case I have to get back in there, the torx are less likely to strip.
