This morning I got out to the shop because I was thinking about the pro-seal setting up on the inner/outer ribs. These ribs have the T405 reinforcement plate and T410 angle that connects the tank to the fuselage. The rivets on the leading edges have to be set before the T410 rivets or else there isn't room to get to the leading edge rivets driven - so I decided to get those done. It took me much longer than I expected because - for some reason, my T410 holes did not exactly line up, so I had to grind/polish more aluminum off of the top of the T410 to allow it to move forward enough to fit the cleco/rivets in the holes. They were only about a 1/2 a hole off, and I could have re-drilled, but decided against doing that. Then it was just a matter of encapsulating the rivets on the 405/410 and doing the fillet of sealant on those parts. All done for today.
