Brief Description: tank - stiffeners countersinking baffle holes
Tonight I finished deburring/edging the stiffeners (10) and then I was going to final drill them to the holes in the bottom of the inside of the tanks...but then I remembered that I needed to countersink the baffle holes with the baffle still on (to help the countersink pilot peg). So I clecoed the baffle back on after taking it off... and then started the countersinking - all 76 + 76 + 76+ 76 holes...that's 304. After drilling them and doing the QC test with a rivet, I was able to install the stiffeners in one wing and drill them.
