Brief Description:  final drilled both tanks - tank to rib holes

Tonight I drilled all of the rib to skin holes and baffle to skin holes - all to #40 for the rivets... and then I drilled the holes that run lengthwise and hold the tanks to the spar with screws - so those are drilled to #19. I did this pn both tanks. I really didn't thinsk it would take as long as it did but here is how it lays out :

There are 387 (192 on one side and 195 on the other) of the #40 holes in each tank. There are actually more, but the others get drilled with the stiffners, so I didn't count those holes... ok so, I put a cleco in every other hole on each side, 96+ clecos each side. Then I drilled the open 96+ holes on one side, marked the holes that had been drilled, with a line, then flipped the tank around and drilled the 96+ open holes on the other side. Then I moved 190-something clecos one hole over into a hole that hasn't been drilled. Then drill those holes for a total of 387 holes drilled and 387 clecos installed/moved...now you are 1/2 way there...so do it all over again for the other tank.

I had some issue getting the end ribs back on the tanks so that took more time than necessary...then I drilled the 60+60 screw holes to #19 for a grand total of 387 + 387 + 60 + 60 = 894 holes drilled!
