Brief Description:  Right tank baffle/z-bracket drilling

Today I was able to catch the right wing tank up with the left and get the W-423 drilled and the baffle drilled to all of the z-brackets on the right side.

Step one was clecoing the right tank ribs to the tank skin and then clecoing the baffle to the back of the ribs/side of the skins. Next the assembly gets placed on the wing spar next to the leading edge and strapped down once it's right where it needs to be (see pic #1). Next, the root end z-bracket gets drilled and then the leading edge is removed to to gain access to the outer z-bracket. After drilling that one, you pull off the skin and other ribs to reveal the baffle (see pic #2)

Then you drill the rest of the z-brackets thru the pre-punched holes in the baffle. I was really impressed with the precision again - it's really cool when the line is right where it is supposed to be :) See Pic #3
