Brief Description: (cont.) tie down spacers, tie down on Left spar
Next I worked on the spacers that sit between the spar and the tie downs. This is one of the parts where you earn the 51% rule...Van's could easily provide us with the finished prepunched parts but instead, they give you a 12" piece of aluminum bar and you have to cut it to size and drill the holes in it. Again, not difficult, but time consuming.
A total of 7.5 hours done today. I had to do some inventory organization as I was spending too much time digging around in the bags. I still have some more to do - inventory-wise, but I need some more containers.
