Brief Description: Ranger game - Adrian Beltre's 2,999th hit!
Holden came home for the weekend as he had let me know 3 month ago that he had purchased game tickets for the Rangers / Orioles game for us to attend. Three months ago, Adrian Beltre was out with injuries and his achieving 3,000 hits was not even discussed - but as of today, Beltre has 2,998 hits and could very well hit # 3,000 tonight with us in the stands.
Holden and I were also in the stands when Emmitt Smith became the #1 rusher in the NFL - so I am just saying, we have a good track record for records :)
