Brief Description:  Front spar work and 810/814 angles

As part of the service bulletin 14-01-31 I am going to re-make the horizontal stabilizer using only the rear spar assembly and the two HS-404 nose ribs. I went back to the old instruction sheet and started looking thru the process of building the horizontal stab. The first build process was the rear spar and bar - but since I am not re-doing those parts, I can move along to the front spars. The first order of business is to put the two spars together along with the 810 and 814 angle and match drill them to the spars...then it was on to tapering those big angles and then bending them for the 6 degree sweepback of the front spar. I measured the bend lines a bunch of times and erased my sharpie line with alcohol more than once until I was satisfied. I bent the angles and the spars and they came out really well. I then figured out that it would be better to use the new plans and instructions that include the SB doublers (HS-00003) as a standard part of the build - since that's basically what I am doing.
