Brief Description: back rivet right elevator stiffeners
Tonight I had my #1 helper in the shop with me building airplane parts...it was awesome.
I had to backtrack a bit as I jumped ahead to bending the trailing end. I was thinking it would be better to build both the right and left elevators together…and since I am now a self-proclaimed "trailing edge bending expert" (ever since Jay Pratt showed me how easy it was) I went ahead and jumped to that part on the right elevator…dumb mistake Because I jumped ahead- I ended up creating more work for myself … so I had to enlist my build buddy to hold up / un bend the trailing edge of the right elevator so that I could get the rivet gun in there to back rivet the stiffeners in...it was much harder doing it out of sequence, so I am going to make a point of trying not to skip around anymore. Oh well...I guess I am still learning about this process...yea I am.
