Brief Description: Removed the vinyl of HS substructure and skin
Tonight I took off the vinyl, in strips, on the left and right Horizontal Stabilizer (HS) skins to get access to the rivet holes. Also deburred the right skin – top, bottom, inside, outside and edges. Tomorrow I will do the other side.
