I spent a lot of time removing the layer that was messed up yesterday and then re-clean, re-taped, aktivator, primer and then sikaflex 295UV with the wet glove technique. Years from now I will forget about the hours spent re-doing the cosmetic layer and I am glad I re-did it today.
I really liked the way it turned out - although there were two areas where the primer leaked thru the tape and etched the plexi where I really didn't want it to. I mentioned it to my buddy Bob and he suggested a micro mesh to polish it up so we will go with that process when able.
Removed the inside plastic and cleaned up the plexi
