Brief Description: Recieved parts and stuff from VA
My buddy Bob sent me the care package from the Virginia satellite office of Novak Aircraft Works, and it was like Christmas in March! When Bob visited in January, he measured for the Sky Designs ball-bearing aileron brackets and took the parts to shave the bellcrank down in his mill. He sent those back along with the part of the baffle that connects the snorkel - with the snorkel hole already cut out for me! That's the nice thing about having the same engines, prop governor, etc.. The setups are the same, so ideas and measurements can be shared! There were lots of goodies in the box, and as usual, Bob did a great job of packing everything up. Ralph worked his magic on the pitch servo wiring harness, and I got that back too. I really appreciate the help from Bob and Ralph.
