Brief Description:  Skin c/s for flap & cleanup of right wing

Countersunk the bottom right wing skin and then disassembled the skins and flap hinge for deburring. Then I did a clean up of the right wing, removing the aileron, the alignment tool and flipping the wing around so that I could easily work on the left wing. Moving the fuselage over a bit I was able to rotate the wing stand without moving any large parts outside of the garage so that was a bonus.

In reviewing another builders log, I noticed that he bent his outer aileron bracket 6.3 degrees...this sent me into a bit of a panic - as I do not remember bending mine...well, it turns out those are flap parts and I did bend mine, but that mental excursion did cost me some time... oh well, part of building is double checking things that seem off.

I was able to get the alignment tool and the left aileron installed and aligned to center on the alignment tool with the aileron bellcrank jig in place. But there does seem to interference by the pitot / AoA tubing on the aileron bellcrank...dang. Will have to solve that problem.
