Brief Description:  Attaching hard points for wire wraps

Bob had another good idea… but he manufactures those petty regularly. Some time ago, we split an order of two different types of plastic anchors. They are both made for drilled holes, but one type will self-anchor in the hole and the other is a little beefier – and is screwed to a surface. His good idea was to use the beefier anchor and instead of drilling a hole and screwing it to the surface, just glue it to the surface. I figure this will be a good way to bind up some of my wire runs and keep them from flopping around after they are laced. So, I mixed up some JB weld and started placing them in strategic spots. Since most of them were on the underside surface I used a small strip of gorilla tape to keep them in place until the glue dries. All in all, I ended up installing 13 anchors. I probably could have done more, but I only mixed up so much JB weld. I can always do more as I think of them. Most are in the front / rear seat areas, but there are also a few in the aft end that will hold my shielded 3 conductor wire going back to the rudder strobe/recognition light. This is a nice way to do it as you can have natural anchor points on the longerons without having to drill holes in those working structures. Thanks again, Bob.
