Brief Description:  B. Aft Seat heat & USB installation

Bob and I did a lot of figuring on the aft seat heat location. There is a relay and a ton of wires that are used in the seat heater (switch wires, power connection, relay, and two seat heater wire sets). Because of all that is included, I wanted to make it accessible for easy maintenance. We discussed multiple locations from under the floor or the baggage area side and finally decided to keep it all in the side panel area under the right passenger arm rest.

We then drilled the side panel for the seat heater switch, the USB charging port and the exit point of the seat and back heating wires. The heating wires exit at the flange notch at the bottom of the side panel. The wires will lay on the floor beside the seat bottom and will be out of the way of the rear seater.

We drilled one wire access hole in a bulkhead to run the wires, and ran a test wire from the power source back to the rear side panel and then ended up using the test wire to pull the four USB/seat heat wires back thru. A good long day, but much accomplished...thanks, Bob!

I am replacing the non-aviation power / ground with the aviation stuff so I need some new 2 part molex connectors...ordered.
