I needed to switch things up a bit so I have been working on the storage door on paper and in cardboard form before I actually cut the metal. I need to shape the door so that it clears the rear seat rudder pedals that hang over the storage area when open. I don't plan on having the rear pedals installed all the time, but I still need the storage area to be accessible in both configurations.
I worked more on the door shape and want to get the largest door possible from the available area. Might need to make the door a little smaller so that I have ample hinge room - will check that.
