Brief Description: Prime and Paint the interior skirt
I prepped the inside of the canopy skirt in hopes that I can get it painted this weekend. I cleaned the inside of the canopy skirt and then taped the bond line where the sikaflex will adhere the canopy and the canopy skirt together since I want a clean bond area.
I first primed the interior area and then shot the area with Stewart Systems eco-poly, after mixing a bit of water to thin the viscosity. I turned out well... I thought...until I noticed that after almost 24 hours the paint was still not dry?? Uh oh... I failed to mix the catalyst into the paint... so, I guess I get to undo the paint job and then re-do it.
