With the aft hole closed up in the aft end of the canopy skirt, it's time to smooth the glass. I sanded down the known high spots until it felt pretty good by hand. Then I sprayed a coat of primer on it which makes it easier to see the imperfections, then more sanding, then another primer coat, then the last sanding.
I mixed up some resin and bubbles and spread the thick mix on the skirt with the card method to fill in the low spots and pin holes.
