Brief Description:  Panel cut for front air vent

Bob and I were looking for something else to work on and we kicked around the idea of him taking the left side panel home with him to mill the hole for the front vent. The we decided to just use the fly cutter (aka, the whirling cutter of death) and cut it here today. :)

It's not really that bad of a tool, you just need to make sure that everything is held tight in place so that there is no chance of anything moving. Bob's idea was to haold the side panel down by screwing the panel into some wood and then clamping the wood to the drill press plate. It worked really well and that side panel wasn't going to move. We drilled slowly and used WD-40 to help with the cutting and it came out real good.
