Brief Description: Empennage tips - prep and prime El. bellcrank
In dealing with the elevator, I noticed that on the elevator bellcrank with the re-welded hole, it had not been dressed and primed yet - so I did that. I also did a lot of surgical sanding on the elevator and rudder tips. I am calling the one elevator done except for the pin holes in the top of the tips where the two halves are joined. Really hope to be closing in on finishing the slurry/sanding jobs. I have been using the plastic card to smooth on the slurry and it is working well.
