I got the tips installed tonight - first mixing up a slow slurry and spread it on the lead counterweight - I had to dimple some of the holes that were not yet dimpled. I also countersunk the holes in the fiberglass tips - got the final check fit done and then installed the tips. While the slurry was dryng I traded the clecos for pop rivets. The trailing edge hole on the bottom is awaiting a shorter rivet as there is not moch room back there. Othere than that one, I have installed the others.
