Like I said the front fit is real good. At this point, I need to plan for the big cut and the side cuts so it's time to raise the tap again - so that's what I will do.

This work session puts me just over the 1500 hour mark. Another 1000 hours until flying...?


About that hint :
I used a popsicle stick with a hole in it for a pen to draw a cut line in the front and the back. Saw this method on Steve Riffe's website - but he referenced Bill Crissinger’s site — good tip — thanks Steve and Bill! I drilled one hole at 1/4" from the bottom and another hole about 7/16". I started with the 7/16" and then switched to the 1/4" to sneak up on it slowly.
