Brief Description:  Final drill and install canopy rails

Tonight I installed the canopy rails with screws, washers and nuts. It ended up being an iterative process, as most things are in airplane building, as I drilled the holes to #19 and then removed and deburred them. The aft-most hole is also located inside the slide channel so the screw head needs some room so the channel side is removed to allow the screw head to lay flush in the channel. This process took some work with the files to remove enough of the channel sides to get the screw to lay flat. So, now that the canopy rails are installed I wonder if I should paint or powder coat them in the same color as the interior?
