I drilled the last 2 3/32" holes and then begn the countersinking. The top of the cap and the bottom of the spacer get countersunk and then the rivets get driven flush on both ends. Lots of countersinking and then I need to drill the 1/8" holes for the screws but I need to wait until I get a #29 drill bit as I don't have one. Then I primed the bottom of the cap and the top of the spacer since they are mating surfaces.
