Brief Description:  1...Pre-work to Prep work

In preparation for paint I need to really clean out the inside of the interior, vacuum it and and wipe it down to remove any dust, dirt and general impurities. But before that step, there were a few loose ends I needed to take care of becuase they would cause general impurities...

1) It was time for the wood center section spacers to come out because the rivets that determine the spar space have been set long ago, but I have been using those spacers as a handle of sorts when moving the fuse. But now that the fuse is on the rotisserie, I can pull them out. Wow, those close tolerance bolts were a pain to remove... With the bolts out, I pulled the wood spacers out and was able to rivet some of the final center section holes - but not as many as I would have liked as the accesibility was difficult - deciding whether to wait on those or go with blind rivets...

2) Rear throttle knob needed to come out for paint and there was about 1/8" of thread showing so I tapped some more of the tubing. I also noticed that the delrin slide was still just clecoed in, so I drilled those 2 holes for 3/32" blind rivets. Unfortunately, becasue I made the slide fairly wide, the 3/32 blind rivets are not deep enough to grip the delrin - so I drilled and countersunk the holes up to 1/8", then riveted.

3) Next was general cleaning and vacuuming of the interior... Since today would end up being a rather long and productive shop day, I broke the day up into multiple log sessions
