Lots of final drilling of all sorts of rod end bearing holes and control attach holes. Those didn't take too long. I also had to taper the bushings to match the taper of the brackets and the attach points...it took lots of iterations of testing and then
Inserted the WD-812 Rear Control Stick into the WD-412B Rear Control Stick Base. Marked the location of the reĀ tention bolt and drill the #12 hole. Disassembled and deburred the holes - then reinserted the rear control stick into the rear control stick socket and secured using the hardware specified. The drilling too a while to line everything up in the drill press.
