Brief Description:  Horizontal Stab v2.0 Incl. SB, #2

- Clecoed and final drilled the HS-603PP to HS-609PP

- Enlarged the holes that attach HS-708 to the rear spar assembly to #21

- Clecod the HS-412PP and HS-413PP elevator hinge brackets to the rear spar assembly and run a #30 drill through all the holes.

- I will re-use the HS-411PP, HS-411BPP & VA-146 bearing assembly previously built.

- Separated the two HS-00003 spar doublers and drew the rivet lines. Placed the two HS-702 front spar channels on the work table, end to end, with the flanges facing down. Clecoed HS810-1 reinforcement angle, HS-814-1 splice angle to the two HS-702 spar channels.

- Clamped the HS-00003 spar doublers to the HS-702 spar channels and Match-Drilled #30 the inboard holes shown. Then clecoed the doublers to the spar.

- Drilled/match-drilled all the holes inboard of the HS-00006/HS-00005 rib attach points

- Removed HS-810-1, HS-814-1 and HS-00003 from the two HS-702 spar channels. Tapered the ends of HS-810-1 and HS-814-1 with the grinding wheel and scotchbrite wheel.

- Bend the outboard ends of HS-810-1, HS-814-1 to 6 degrees.

- Marked the bend line on the HS-702 spar. Drilled the #30 relief hole and enlarged to 1/4" and trimed the inboard ends of the HS-702 flanges.

- Bent the tabs on HS-702 Front Spar Tabs.
