The thought process behind today's session was that I have a primer session coming up and I should get what I can prepped so that it can go in the primer batch. I do not have a lot of parts currently ready to prime so anything else I can do will be better. It was a long and fruitful day...
I clecoed the F-869 Bulkhead gussets and the canopy rail receptacle after deburring and edging both and then final drilled them. I smoothed and deburred the F-825 aft top skin and then clecoed it in place. The bulkhead gussets were positioned paralell to the longerons and clamped in place to be drilled later. The F-858-1 shoulder harness anchors (back seater) were deburred and some material in the aft/upper end was removed so that the bulkhead flange would fit
All parts were drilled, removed and deburred, I put a bend in the sides of the aft skin and all dimples were put in the needed holes. The shoulder harness anchors were countersunk even though I didn't see it called out in the instructions...
