It seems like it was just yesterday that we began this college baseball journey. This weekend it came to an end. The years were filled with many, many exciting, rewarding and happy times along with some nervous and sad times. In the end, I could not be more proud of my son! It wasn't ever easy, but that's ok because the best things in life are earned. He was the #1 guy for 2 of his 4 years and battled against the best that they could throw at him. He faced multiple top 25 teams and finished his career with 22 wins - which puts him tied for first as the winningest pitcher in Centenary history… 225 innings, 150 strike outs, 6 complete games and 2 shut outs, and I was there for every single bit of it. However, the icing on the cake was when his coach told me that he hopes his kids grow up to be just like Holden! Congratulations son, I can't wait to see what else you have in store for the world!
