Brief Description:  Seat Floors - Deburring

Started on the seat floors today and that a good thing! First order of business is to trim the upper corners of the foot well recesses (F-829C-L/R-1) which were fairly easy with the snips and the scotchbrite wheel. Then it was on to deburring the edges of the (F-830-1) Left Seat Floor, (F-831-1) Right Seat Floor, (F-829A-1) Front Seat Floor, Foot Well Recesses and finally the (F-829B-L-1 & -R-1) Foot Well Inboard Webs, and (F-829D-L-1 & -R-1) Foot Well Outboard Webs. Lots of deburring, but again the scotchbrite wheel and pads made it much easier.

At some point in the past I had already deburred, primed and installed the (F-805F-1) Spacers. I installed them, at the encouragement of others that went before me, with the floor supports so that they would not be loose when I took the screws out to remove the floor. I think that was still the right approach. After that it was just a matter of clecoing in the left/right seat floors into the fuse and admiring the visual progress. It won't be long before I actually sit inside the thing and make airplane noises...but not just yet.
